Email hello@completeos.app with what you were doing and which iPhone or watch you have. There's no account to look up, so we can't see your shots unless you choose to send them.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles all payments, and we never see your card. If you bought the full version on your Apple account and it shows as locked, open Settings in the app, choose to see the one-time price, then tap Restore an earlier purchase. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
- Export. Settings, then Your data, then Export my data. You get a file you can keep or send anywhere.
- Erase. Settings, then Your data, then Erase everything. This can't be undone, because we hold no copy.
- New phone. Restoring from an iPhone backup normally brings your app data with it. The app can't read an export back in yet, so treat an export as your own copy.
Common fixes
- The distance to the green won't show
- Check that location is on for Nine Iron in iOS Settings, and that you've set that green or picked a course that has it. A new fix can take a moment outdoors.
- Setting a green keeps waiting
- The app waits for a fresh GPS fix within 20 yards before it saves. Stand still in the open and give it a little time.
- Course search failed
- The free map search uses public servers that can be busy. Add the course by name instead, then set each green by standing on it.
- The swing review couldn't see me
- Keep your whole body and the club in frame, about 10 feet back, with the phone propped level with your hands.
- The watch isn't showing my clubs
- Open Nine Iron on your iPhone with the watch nearby, so the two can catch up.
